When I inherited my dad’s house, I quickly turned to the one person who had been highly recommended by my dad’s neighbors and who I knew was the best agent serving my dad’s neighborhood, namely Gayle Snyder. Ms. Snyder met with my wife and me at my dad’s house, she gave us some very good suggestions in order to make the house more marketable and we agreed on the pricing, which was based on Gayle’s knowledge of house values in the neighborhood. We followed Ms. Snyder’s recommendations and, once the house was de-cluttered and marketable, we listed with Gayle/Coach Realtors. Ms. Snyder prepared an exceptional color brochure, full of pictures of the house, and she scheduled an open house. We received two offers as a result of the first, and only (I think) open house. We live in Florida but we were in very regular contact with Ms. Snyder and we trusted her completely. The house sold in the timeframe and for the price range that Ms. Snyder had predicted. My experience with Gayle Snyder started in Februaury, 2013 when I was interested in renting my house. Gayle was diligent with the photos and mls and I had an acceptable renter in less than 3 weeks. My second experience with Gayle was in January of 2014 when my Mother's house needed to be put on the market due to her passing. Gayle was sensitive to the situation yet maintained the appropriate professionalism needed to "get the job done".
